What’s unique about FrameUp?
1. Network program plus WAM (a web access module) – the program is kept on
your network for office access, and for web access there is a choice of hosting your data yourself or
using our hosting service.
2. Not priced per learner and as many learners and employers/schools that you
want can use WAM at no additional cost.
3. Unique mode of reporting that includes % achievement of the whole of an
Apprenticeship Framework.
4. Range of preset reports available at the click of a button. They
go from individual learner progress reports to in-depth management reports e.g. retention and
achievement, timely and overall success rates reports all of which are available for different sub groups of
learners – by assessor, subcontractor, entry level of learner, employer etc.
5. The program includes an ILP generator with both an apprenticeship and Train
to Gain ILP, which is automatically populated from the data on FrameUp and is automatically updated as
a learner’s achievement and reviews are updated.
6. It
is customisable to reflect the way you track and analyse your
provision.
7. Includes staff monitoring , case loading, time log etc which includes all
learners regardless of whether their portfolio is electronic or paper based, (no need to for different
databases)
8. Subcontractor Portal means that a subcontractor would have access to only
their learners and be able to update learner progress and run reports for their learner’s only.
9. Breath of coverage- means the program is of benefit to all staff within an
organisation including assessors, team leaders, learning support staff, those involved in monitoring health
and safety, staff responsible for managing subcontractors, 14-16 provision or Foundation Learning, senior
managers.
10.
Unparalleled add-on’s -
v IV Manager uses your existing FrameUp data to automate and manage all
your IV Activity.
v CRM Extra written specifically for
providers of vocational training, a unique employer /applicant relationships management
program
that takes ‘onboard’ the requirements of providers who source work placements and/or deliver training for employers e.g.
Apprenticeships, Train to Gain
and/or full cost.
11. FrameUp’ multiple access
methods:
a)
Network with WAM, FrameUp’s web access module
This is the “standard” access for users connected to your organisation’s network, no Internet
connection is required. With the option for offsite assessment staff to update achievements, view evidence
uploaded by learners, set and update review visits and send messages to learners via an internet
connect
b)
Remote FrameUp Offline Access (Internet not needed)
Users have their own copy of FrameUp on their laptop and it
appears to them exactly as if they were using access method a)
above.
Their
data is kept in sync with the main network copy by a log manager which theuser runs when they are either:
i) in the office and can plug into your organisation’s network
or,
ii) they have an Internet connection and can send the log files
with their datachanges that way.
