External Verifier Comment
The centre uses an IV Manager software package developed with WBL resources. The system
effectively ensures quality throughout the learner’s length of stay and assessors can access IV
feedback through the Frame-up system.
Customer Comment
Adding new learners while still maintaining a fair sample, is made easy by pick lists which
show how many units have already been sampled and whether any units are currently not being
sampled.
